Certified as a Fitness Trainer, with education in Strength and Conditioning and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), I integrate science with practical execution to enhance endurance.
With over 18 years of experience in long-distance running and triathlon, my approach prioritizes longevity, efficiency, and sustainable performance.
